The Ceilidh band

The Sensational Jimi Shandrix Experience are frequent guests of St. Andrews Societies and Caledonian Clubs around the globe, as well as being ever-popular at home. They are regular headliners at ‘Edinburgh’s Hogmanay’, the largest street party in the world, and the Edinburgh International Festival Fringe. The band have toured all over the Highlands and Islands, the central belt, England, Ireland and Wales. View a list of some of the places and events Shandrix have played.

Instruments
‘Shandrix’ is usually a five piece consisting of accordion, fiddle, drums, bass and guitar, but are also available as a trio or four-piece, and can even swell to a mighty orchestra, if required, with the addition of keyboards, extra fiddle and guitar, percussion, and/or brass.
